What is the delivery time?

Hi, For bitcoin payment, it will take from 2 Minutes, for Cards it will take up to Instant as we have to verify the Transaction for any fraudulent activities like unauthorized or stolen card transactions, so it will take some time to verify the order. And In case if we find the transaction is suspicious we will automatically cancel the order and will refund the money.

But for the bitcoin, Cards, the are no such restrictions. And after the payment, we will send the download links to your email address ASAP.

Hi, For some countries and accounts, if you paid with Cards, you will mostly face these issues, But you have nothing to worry about it, This error is Because your payment is on hold from the Banks side and not yet received to us even the money was detected from your bank account, This error is because our product is a digital product which that didn’t require any shipping we just have to email the download links, But cards will ask for the shipping information before it will release the payment.

so in such a case, you may just click on the confirm shipment option on the Cards transaction page to release the payment from the hold. And then we will process the order ASAP after the confirmation.
